The Association's Board of Directors meets the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00p in a meeting room at the Brushy Creek MUD (Municipal Utility District) Community Center located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive (at the corner of Great Oaks Dr. and Racine Trl.).

The Association is professionally managed by Alliance Association Management, Inc..
